General Manager/COO


  • The GM/COO is responsible for day to day operations and leadership of the employer’s service portfolio to include: Flight Training, Pilot Services, Aircraft Management, Aircraft Brokerage, and Aircraft Leasing
  • Define, and report Profit & Loss of the company’s respective and combined services
  • Forecast/report trends in company performance and implement best practices for company sustainment and growth across all business units
  • Assist/guide the Director of Operations as required with strategic direction, charter team leadership, scheduled/unscheduled aircraft maintenance, and charter service capabilities
  • Liaison with customers/client to define scope of travel needs, expectations – maintain positive relationships to ensure repeat business and positive “word-of-mouth” reviews
  • Serve as the face of the company to FAA, DOT, TSA, and other regulatory authorities as necessary
  • Team selection, to include technical and administrative personnel
  • Vendor services negotiation and approval oversite


  • 10+ years of Part 135 on demand charter and Part 91 FBO experience
  • 5+ years of Part 135 operational leadership experience
  • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college
    • Preferred degree: business or aviation management
  • Meet all requirements established under FAA 14 CFR 119.71 regulations for Director of Operations
  • Maintained currency as a commercial transport pilot
