Sales Manager – Aviation

Job Responsibilities/Requirements:

  • Direct airline relationships with US and global airlines
  • Direct relationships with seating manufacturers, aviation interior design firms, and cut and sew shops supplying seat covers
  • OEM relationships with Boeing, Airbus​ and Embraer
  • Will work closely with industry partners in the aircraft market to achieve mutual goals
  • Excellent organizational and computer skills
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
  • Attention to detail and is accurate and focused
  • An understanding of timelines and prioritizing
  • Be flexible, a team player, and requires minimal supervision
  • Be a self-starter with a hands-on attitude who can multi-task individually and as part of a team
  • Travel required as necessary

Education and Experience:

  • BA/BS degree or equivalent required
  • MBA preferred
  • A minimum of 8-10 years of experience achieving sales objectives in the Aviation Industry
  • Textile background and/or design background preferred
  • FAA Testing Knowledge required
  • Strong computer skills required:
    • MS Office: Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, CRM, other contact/database experience a plus
