Aircraft Component Repair Technician

PLEASE NOTE: This position requires that the candidate be able to work in the U.S. WITHOUT the need for visa sponsorship!

Extensive aerospace component repair shop experience is a must. 


  • Builds and performs tests on systems and components to determine operability, quality, performance, and suitability.
  • Troubleshoots repairs and modifies as appropriate.
  • Technical background working on an aviation / aircraft components with relevant hands on experience turning wrenches on various units.


  • Operates standard equipment in test and process environments.
  • Maintains proper laboratory and test records and files.
  • Sets up tests and performs evaluations on products and components as required by the company.
  • Inspects, tests, troubleshoots, repairs, modifies and suggest application of standard or non-standard techniques.
  • Performs such individual assignments as supervisors and superiors may direct ensures adequate and continuous controls are exercised over all assigned activities affecting quality establishes and maintains effective work relationships within the department, the Corporation and the community and maintains the professional competence, knowledge and skill necessary for the satisfactory performance of all assigned responsibilities.
  • All other duties as assigned.

Extensive aerospace component repair shop experience is a must.

To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily and be mechanically inclined.

The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required.

Have working knowledge of technical specifications in order to meet Quality Control requirements as stated in the company’s Quality Procedures Manual (QPM), Component Maintenance Manual (CMM), Overhaul Manual (OHM), Service Bulletins (SB), and Airworthiness Directives (AD) specifications and/or customer requirements.

Proficient in the use of precision measuring equipment


High school diploma or general education degree (GED) required.

Extensive aerospace component repair shop experience is a must.

A&P not required.
