Act as a liaison between the customer and maintenance to ensure that the projects are on task and completed. Additionally, maintain an open line of communication to ensure customer satisfaction.

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE
A & P Mechanic licensed is preferred; however, equivalent training and/or experience will be given consideration
Must possess excellent written and oral communication skills.
Must have a strong working knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel and be familiar with e-mail and the Internet.
OTHER SKILLS AND ABILITIES
Must possess the following strengths: strong organizational skills, detail oriented, and excellent problem solving skills. Must be able to learn and understand basic technical terminology and concepts related to aircraft maintenance and airline operations.
