Job Title: Asst Operations Manager (GSE repair shop)

Job Summary:
The Assistant Operations Manager will be responsible for the day-to-day management of company’s GSE repair shop in Indianapolis, IN.
- Responsible for 4 direct reports
Job Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree – Experience over degree, but there is a preference for someone who has the proven ability to learn at a higher level.
- Aviation/GSE technical experience with some shop supervision/management experience required.
- Experience dealing with inside/outside customers and vendors – juggling multiple tasks and priorities at the same time
- Experience with environmental compliance standards/safety compliance standards
- Experience managing teams in different environments – some are in remote locations – giving technical assistance via email, over the phone or video
- Patient, teacher – team needs training
- Technology savvy – not stuck in the old ways of doing things, embraces improvements and innovation
Compensation and Benefits information:

- There is a Short-term Incentive bonus of 10%

- 100% company paid – enrollment is automatic:
- Short Term Disability – If you are out of work due to an illness, coverage begins on the 8th day; if you are injured due to an accident, coverage begins immediately. You will receive 66.67% of your base earnings for up to a maximum of $2,500 per week, for a duration of up to 26 weeks.
- Long term Disability – You will receive 60% of your monthly base salary up to a maximum benefit of $15,000 per month.

- Basic Life and Accidental Death and Dismemberment insurance: The benefit is equal to 1 times your base annual earnings to a maximum (of $350,000.)
