The Company

The “Company” launched in 2017 and is focused on the fixed-based operator (“FBO”) sector. The Company has been rapidly growing through the acquisition of FBO locations and has significant additional committed capital from its sponsors to continue to grow the business through future acquisitions. The Company is looking for a quality Aviation Maintenance Technician (A&P) to join our growing team. We need a technician that can fit in quickly, have a positive attitude, and have General Aviation and Corporate experience.

Primary Purpose of the Position

This position works as a team member performing inspections, repairs, and preventative maintenance on Corporate and General Aviation aircraft. The successful candidate will possess the appropriate personality to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a constant focus on safety and quality.

Essential Functions

  • Perform efficient troubleshooting, aircraft maintenance, and repair in accordance with applicable regulations, manufacturer’s instructions, and company policies.
  • Ensure consistent, accurate aircraft maintenance records by properly documenting & completing required forms, computer entries, and logbook entries.
  • Follow all policies and procedures.
  • Keep a clean and orderly work environment.
  • Perform job duties in a safe manner.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Airframe and Power plant (A&P) Certificate
  • 2 or more years of General Aviation and / or Corporate aircraft maintenance experience
  • Knowledge and understanding of Federal Aviation Regulations and manufacturer manuals.
  • Possess adequate tools.
  • Valid driver’s license with good driving record.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Avionics experience.

Work Hours:

  • Your work week would be Monday through Friday: 8-430 PM
  • As a condition of your employment, you will be required to participate in the AOG / On Call program. You will receive training to perform Airline On-call maintenance. The duration is for 7 days. Callout pay plus your hourly rate of pay as required by state law will be provided for Call Out work.
