FAR 145 Director of Maintenance – Maine

Position Summary
Employer is seeking a Director of Maintenance to oversee their growing aviation business. The Director of Maintenance is the Accountable Manager for all repair station related activities including oversight of the Regional Aircraft Maintenance and Corporate Aircraft Maintenance.
Job Responsibilities
- Provides leadership to promote company core values along with cultivating employee growth for
- Coordinates with Maintenance/Avionics Sales Representatives in producing RFQ’s
- Monitoring daily operations to maximize efficiencies to meet delivery guarantees while maintaining employees well being
- Cultivate customer relations through reporting and various communication means to ensure customer satisfaction
- Develop policy and procedures in conjunction with the Chief Inspector to meet required company and regulatory requirements
- Develop and administer annual budget activities ensuring company objectives and goals are achieved.
- Oversight of Corrective Action Program establishing root cause and implement solutions.
Qualifications
- Must have a valid Airframe & Powerplant License
- Minimum of 5 years previous experience in repair station or airline management position
- Minimum of 10 years aircraft maintenance repair
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and Company software systems
- Must be detail oriented and possess strong problem-solving skills
- Possesses strong cognitive skills
