Job Summary
The Company needs a proactive, results-oriented, highly effective, and hands-on Maintenance Administrator (“MX Admin”) specifically for the Maintenance & Repair Operation business unit (“MRO”). It is essential that the individual be an organized and a self-motivated individual that does not require significant oversight. In addition, the individual is required to have strong verbal and written communication skills with all levels of an organization.

The MX Admin will report to the Financial & Operations Controller and have a dotted line to the Parts Manager, and the Director of the MRO business. There are no direct reports that are required to be managed by the MX Admin.

The MX Admin, will be responsible for the following:
• Tool Calibration: Assist the Parts Manager with the tool calibration process to ensure timely compliance and inventory management of the tools
• SAP Concur Expense Reports: Obtaining vendor invoices, coding charges & preparing expense reports on a timely basis.
• Three-way match process upon receiving parts using Corridor Aviation Service software.
• Work order management.
• Assist with MRO event pre-planning.
• Open monthly work orders in Corridor as required.
• Additional duties as assigned.

• High School diploma.
• Organized and self-motivated.
• Must be familiar with the aviation MRO environment.
• A willingness to learn and provide ideas and implement process changes.
• Must have the desire and aptitude to collaborate with maintenance team members on process improvement and establishing standard operating procedures.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite of software, including Excel, Outlook and Teams.
• While highly desired, prior knowledge of the Corridor Aviation Service is not a requirement for consideration. Training on this aviation-specific software will be provided.
• Critical thinking and critical thinking skills.
• Proactive individual with high level energy, self-direction and motivation, with a “get it done” approach and attitude.
• Ability to successfully work with all levels of the organization, from the executive team and to middle management, peers, and clerical staff.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, collaboration skills and strong interpersonal skills with a team-oriented, positive mindset.
