Regional Sales Manager – Airline Passenger Sales


Location: Seattle, WA

Job Responsibilities:

  • Increase passenger sales by and oversee all sales accounts in the region’s territory
  • Expand current sales channels and develop new markets
  • Lead and manage various special promotion activities in various markets and territories
  • Research market conditions, sales trends and competitors’ sales
  • Facilitate group meetings and work among employees in the office
  • Participate in company business travels and make sales visits
  • Represent the company in various events, work functions, meetings and conferences
  • Be the main point of contact for travel agencies, customers, and new and existing accounts
  • Report all sales quotas and data to the VP of Passenger Sales and Marketing in the Regional Headquarters as well as those in the Corporate Headquarters
  • Assist with all related work as needed

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in related field
  • Minimum ten (10) years of related airline sales
  • Possess in-depth knowledge of sales quotas and revenue expectation structuring
  • Proven experience in airline sales, travel agency, ticketing and/or relevant fields
  • Proven experience in managing budgets and multiple projects simultaneously
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
