Sales Manager Americas – Airlines



Growing the revenues and customer numbers from your designated sector(s).The Sales Manager must maintain and grow revenues from the existing clients by developing effective vendor-client relationships to promote long-term client loyalty and must find and close sales with new customers in the designated sector.


  • Growing the revenues and customer numbers from your sector(s) is the primary responsibility.
  • Establishes and grows business relationships with key decision makers and influencers. Initiates regularly scheduled contact with existing customer base within the assigned sector(s). Provides existing customers with ongoing training and product support via telephone, email, or onsite visit as required. Plans for and secures annual contract renewals.
  • Outstanding customer service, going the extra mile, understanding what our customers really use our data and analytics for. We help our customers exceed their objectives and enjoy the success we deserve.
  • New Sales activity: performs sales vertical/sector analysis, develops knowledge of potential clients through customer research, ensures all appropriate sales initiatives are taken to support New Sales revenue development within the sales vertical: prospecting, sales presentations, trade shows and conventions, post-contact follow-up, contract closing, initial billing administration and customer training. Sources and follows up on all aviation sales leads within the assigned sector(s).
  • Designs & Implements sales plans based on the company’s business goals, budgets and new product introductions
  • Sales management: Manage your own territory for growth. Tracks and reports on a regular basis on potential new customers and sales leads. All opportunity tracking and sales activity will be managed through CRM: Salesforce.
  • Appraises and evaluates market conditions on an on-going basis and initiates appropriate actions to build and maintain business momentum reacting to competition as appropriate.


  • Sales experience directly to airlines
  • Experience with data analytics, asset tracking application sales
  • Experience with South America and North America sales highly preferred
  • Bilingual – Fluent in English and Spanish – highly preferred
