Job Requirements
- Prior knowledge of aircraft and aircraft industry
- Managerial experience

- Must be able to work flexible hours
- Possess physical ability to perform job duties
- Possess valid drivers license
- Pass airport background check (either 5 or 10 years)

Job Description
- Liaison between Company and customer
- Responsible for hiring and terminating station staff members
- Responsible for sales and service at their station location
- Responsible for profitability of station
- Responsible for quality of services provided to customer
- Responsible for minimizing insurance claims at station
- Responsible for safety of staff members at station
- Responsible for Company property at station
- All Company vehicles
- All Company operations equipment
- All Company provided communication devices
- All Company credit cards and monetary funds
- Responsible for disbursing payroll to staff members at station
- Responsible for timely and accurate record keeping at station
- Employee files
- MSDS
- Safety Meetings
- Employee handbook
- Safety manual
- Responsible for the accurate and timely transmittal of station billing records to corporate office
- Tail numbers
- Serial numbers
- Work completed
- Dates of service
- Applicable purchase orders
- Commission reports
- Timely communication with corporate office concerning station and customer issues
- Responsible for communicating and enforcing any and all Company policies with customers and staff members
- Any special duties that corporate office requires
- Travel on job related activities
