Role description

This is a full-time remote role for a ‘Vice President of Sales – for California.   The VP of Sales will lead the sales efforts for California to achieve the company’s revenue and profitability goals, create and execute sales strategies, manage client relationships, and collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operations and quality service delivery.

Qualifications

  • 5+ years applicable aircraft sales experience
  • Sales Operations, Sales Management, and Business Development skills
  • Willingness to travel
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and delivering results
  • Experience in developing and executing sales strategies and managing client relationships
  • Excellent communications and leadership skills
  • Experience in the aviation industry is required
  • Ability to work independently and remotely
