Job Overview:
The Account Manager is responsible for supporting the Sales Department in managing customer relationships, developing new business opportunities, and ensuring the efficient execution of sales operations. This position plays a critical role in maintaining client satisfaction, assisting with quotations and orders, and helping to drive overall sales growth.
Key Responsibilities:
• Support senior account managers with day-to-day customer interactions, ensuring timely responses and professional communication.
• Prepare and issue customer quotations, sales orders, and purchase orders.
• Maintain accurate data entry and documentation within the company’s CRM and ERP systems.
• Coordinate with internal departments including logistics, quality, and accounting to ensure smooth order fulfillment and delivery.
• Research new business prospects and support business development initiatives.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs to identify opportunities for growth.
• Participate in industry trade shows and marketing events as required.
• Build product knowledge related to AMP Aero’s service offerings including component sales, repair management, consignment, and leasing.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Aviation Management, Supply Chain, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• 1–3 years of experience in sales, customer service, or account management within the aviation or logistics industry preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM systems – to include ILS and Quantum Control (preferred)
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
• Team-oriented with a strong work ethic and willingness to learn.
