Job Responsibilities
We are seeking an experienced aviation aftermarket sales professional with an established industry network and a proven track record of generating profitable business within the commercial aviation aftermarket.
This is not an entry-level sales position. They are looking for someone who can immediately leverage existing industry relationships while also identifying purchasing opportunities and developing new business.
The successful candidate will quickly build upon the company’s existing customer relationships while expanding our customer base, generating new revenue opportunities, sourcing profitable inventory, and becoming a key contributor to the continued growth of our aviation business
Required Experience
• 7+ years of aviation aftermarket parts sales experience
• MUST HAVE existing and proven relationships with airlines, MROs, OEMs, leasing companies, distributors, brokers, and aircraft operators
• Proven history of generating multi-million-dollar annual sales
• Strong experience brokering aircraft components and sourcing material globally
• Experience purchasing inventory packages and identifying profitable acquisition opportunities
• Familiarity with repair management and exchange programs
• Entrepreneurial and highly self-motivated
• Relationship driven
• Strong negotiator
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, growing company
• Able to create opportunities, not simply respond to RFQs
• Interested in building a long-term career with the employer
Technical Knowledge
Candidates should be proficient with industry tools and platforms including:
• ILS (Inventory Locator Service)
• PartsBase
• ERP/aviation inventory management systems such as Quantum Control
• Modern CRM platforms (Salesforce, HubSpot, Microsoft Dynamics, or similar)
Ideal Background
Experience with companies such as:
