Role Overview
This is an individual contributor role focused on new business development across the US market. The successful candidate will:
• Build and cultivate new customer relationships across the US aviation market
• Lead complex, enterprise-level sales cycles from prospecting through close
• Drive new-logo acquisition and expand our client’s market presence
• Operate as a strong hunter, leveraging established aviation industry connections
• Travel across the US as required to support the sales process
Qualifications
• Minimum of 5 years of aviation-focused SaaS sales experience, with a concentration in the MRO client base
• Experience selling aviation maintenance, engineering, MRO, ERP, or asset-management solutions
• Strong enterprise software sales background within aviation or aerospace
• Proven track record of acquiring new MRO clients and driving new business
• Extensive relationships with airlines, MROs, defense organizations, or aviation operators
• Experience selling long-cycle, high-value solutions
• Ability to effectively position our client against established competitors such as AMOS, IFS, and TRAX
• Comfortable working independently across a geographically dispersed market
