    This is a full time/direct hire position offering a competitive salary with full benefits package.

    TITLE OF POSITIONS: COMMUTABLE Cargo Airline SA-227 PIC position and/or COMMUTABLE SA-227 Flight Instructor position

    EMPLOYMENT LOCATION: Commutable opportunity

    A well-established FAR 135 passenger and cargo airline has the following 2 flight crew positions available:

    1.) COMMUTABLE Cargo Airline SA-227 PIC position (total comp. up to $170K/yr) – https://aviationrecruiting.net/job/cargo-airline-sa-227-pic-commutable-position-paying-up-to-160k-yr/
    2.) COMMUTABLE SA-227 Flight Instructor position – https://aviationrecruiting.net/job/air-cargo-flight-instructor-part-time-or-full-time-commutable-position/

    Both of these positions are Full Time / Direct hire position with a great company offering competitive compensations and great benefits packages. Again, this is a Commutable employment opportunity: Company will cover cost of transportation (Airfare) and hotel provided by company (commuting to and from work located in El Paso, TX)!!!!

    Title of Position: Commutable Cargo Airline SA-227 PIC

    Employment location: COMMUTABLE!!

    JOB DUTIES:

    Must have professional communications skills for complex internal and external aircraft communications
    Assist with loading and unloading freight
    Operate aircraft in accordance with all applicable regulations and program/corporate policies and procedures
    Emphasize flight crew members safety and exemplary customer service
    Must note and communicate aircraft deficiencies for maintenance review and correction
    Perform flights during day, night, and all-weather conditions
    Ability to perform other duties as assigned

    QUALIFICATIONS:

    Commercial Pilot License with multi-engine land and instrument rating OR Airline Transport Pilot License
    Current Instrument Proficiency Check
    English Proficient
    Must be at least 18 years of age
    FAA Medical: First Class
    FCC Radiotelephone Operator Permit
    Current Passport
    Eligibility to work in the United States
    Must be able to lift up to 75 lbs., climb ladders, and maneuver around aircraft
    Successful completion of pre-employment DOT drug screening and other required background checks
    Ability to obtain an airport SIDA badge
    Ability to work various shifts, overtime, and/or after-hour call outs will be occasionally required
    MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

    SA227 Type rating
    1500 Hours TT
    1000 PIC
    250 ME
    500 XC
    100 Night
    Part 135 or 121 experience, familiarity with company aircraft, and/or previous cargo experience highly preferable.
    iPad required when reporting for duty.

    BENEFITS:

    Compensation: Full-time Total annual compensation (base salary + annual trip bonus) is approximately $160K/yr – $170K/yr (i.e., $100k/yr base annual + $500/rev trip bonus (which on average is approx. $60K/yr-$70K/yr)

    SCHEDULE:

    FULL-TIME SA-227 PIC Schedule: 18 days on/12 days off per month
    PART-TIME SA-227 PIC Schedule: 10 days on/20 days off per month

    COMMUTABLE SA-227 Flight Instructor position (Part-time or Full-time) JOB RESPONSIBLITIES:

    Conduct initial and recurrent training for pilots in accordance with Part 135 regulations and company policies.
    Participate in implementation of training programs and materials that address company-specific operational procedures, policies and best practices.
    Work closely with the Chief Pilot and management team to ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and company standards.

    REQUIREMENTS:

    – Must hold an FAA Airline Transport Pilot certificate with recent experience in Turboprop or Jet aircraft.
    – Must be typed in the SA-227!
    – At least 3000 Hours Total Time.
    – Must hold a Current CFI / MEI.
    – Current First or Second Class Medical
    – Unrestricted valid Passport and authorized to work in the US.
    – Effective communication, both written and verbal.
    – Team-oriented, creates an inclusive and motivating work environment.

    COMPENSATION PACKAGE:

    – Salary range – $75,000 to $100,000 annually (dependent upon experience and position type (i.e., part-time position or full-time position)

    – Part-time: 10 days per month (salary of $75K/yr)
    – Full-time: 18 days per month (salary of $100K/yr)
    – Commutable option: Company will cover cost of transportation (Airfare) and hotel provided by company (commuting to and from work located in El Paso, TX)
    – Health/Dental/Vision Benefits packages with options for employee +/- dependents
    – 401K with company match
    – PTO accrual for vacation and sick time
    – Family-owned company with emphasis placed on work-life balance
