Job Summary
The employer is a unique aircraft service company providing Total Aircraft Repair and Recycling Services (“TARRS”) for commercial and defense clients. The company is now the largest recycling facility in the US. The employer is looking to hire an Executive Vice President to assist the President in expanding and continuing to develop the Company’s business at the facility.
The successful candidate will be responsible for working closely with the President and Chief Financial Officer in growing profit, increasing profit potential through client/customer relationship building, providing added P&L oversight and enhancing the Company’s reputation for operational excellence. Support from the EVP will be expected to promote a positive team environment that serves the company’s customers and attracts and retains company team members. Solid and creative ideas to meet the foregoing goals are encouraged.

Job Responsibilities
- Develop and promote sales and marketing initiatives, attracting new customers and identifying new business opportunities.
- Assist in management of profit streams, to include development of pricing strategies that maximize profit
- Identify areas of growth and ways to remain competitive with peer markets and develop new business plans with capital requirements and anticipated performance.
- Develop company growth plans to include capital expenditures projections, forecasting, budgeting, and expense management.
- Foster relationships with vendors and customers and assist with contract negotiations.
- Oversee the customer service experience, ensuring that customers are treated with respect and receive prompt and professional service.
- Receive and use customer feedback to work with team members in developing and improving capabilities and processes.
- Enhance customer service processes and procedures to standardize the customer experience.
- Enhance good relations with Key stakeholders such as customers, employees and the company leadership team
Job Qualifications:
- BS degree in Business or related field required; MBA a plus
- 5+ years commercial aircraft management experience
- Prior airline maintenance operations management experience
- Financial and budget management/oversight experience
- Exceptional customer service and hospitality skills, with a proven track record of providing excellent service to customers.
- Strong leadership skills, with the ability to manage and motivate employees to work as a team.
- Ability to work and remain calm under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
- Understanding of relevant computer systems including Google, Microsoft Office Suite, etc.
- Ability to communicate well, both verbally and in writing, and have good listening skills.
