POSITION OVERVIEW

The FAR 135/91 company is currently seeking a Chief Pilot to add to their management team. The employer is an aircraft management and Part 135 charter company in the Minneapolis/St. Paul metro area.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

The primary responsibilities will include hiring and managing pilots, managing pilot schedules, maintaining pilot records, and coordinating training and checking events and flying aircraft as needed. Candidate will demonstrate exceptional judgment, communication, organizational skills, and customer service. Should have firm knowledge of FAR Parts 61, 91, 119, and 135. This position reports to the Director of Operations.

PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE / QUALIFICATIONS

• Airline Transport Pilot Certificate
• First or Second Class Medical
• Minimum of 3 years’ previous experience as a pilot in command of a Part 121 or 135 operation
• Previous management experience
• Must live in, or be willing to relocate to the Minneapolis-St. Paul area BE-300, CE-560XL, or PC-12 experience and types
