Duties and Responsibilities
The Charter Sales Manager is responsible for assisting the FAR 135/91 in meeting its established sales quotas by managing and building relationships with new direct clients and third-party resellers/brokers. The Charter Sales Manager will be responsible for ensuring that all customers and potential customers/clients/aircraft owners are professionally and competently interfaced with and to assist the company in providing safe, high class aircraft charters, efficiently.
Duties and Functions:
- Ensure all requests for quotes are responded to accurately and promptly. This includes, but is not limited to, requests from, phone calls, emails, texts, Avinode, ZoomInfo, Brokers/Resellers, NBAA, Walk-ins, and Aircraft Owners.
- Ensure all quotes are followed up with timely and appropriately
- Managing charter bookings from inquiry to completion
Qualifications
- 5+ years experience in FAR 135 Charter Sales
- Extensive experience using Avinode
- Extensive experience working with Charter Brokers (i.e., established relationships with charter brokers, etc.)
