Overview:
The employer is seeking a proactive and dedicated Flight Training Advisor to be a pivotal force in guiding flight students toward their aviation career or personal aspirations. The FTA plays a crucial role in establishing and nurturing long-term relationships with the company’s flight student customers, providing strategic guidance and regular support throughout their flight training journey.
Key Responsibilities:
• Act as the initial point of contact and represent the welcoming face of the company’s to prospective students.
• Efficiently manage and follow up on sales leads, maintaining effective communication with prospective students.
• Enroll students in company’s accelerated flight training programs and the Career Aviator Program.
• Liaise with the operations team to relay customer feedback and develop strategies to enhance the student experience, addressing any issues or complaints.
• Promptly and professionally respond to all flight training inquiries.
• Participate in and assist with organizing airshows, seminars, and school exhibitions to promote our programs.
• Conduct tours and create educational materials for prospective students.
• Achieve and exceed sales targets as determined by the Leadership Team.
• Collaborate with the flight operations, marketing teams, and the Flight Operations Manager (FOM) to enforce and refine sales policies and procedures.
• Document and maintain records of processes pertinent to the FTA role.
