Responsibilities:

  • Perform routine inspections, maintenance, and repairs on turbo-prop aircraft in accordance with FAA regulations, FAA Part 145 Repair Station requirements, and manufacturer guidelines.
  • Troubleshoot and diagnose complex mechanical, electrical, and avionic issues to ensure timely and accurate problem resolution.
  • Oversee and lead maintenance teams in the execution of scheduled and unscheduled maintenance tasks, ensuring compliance with safety standards.
  • Maintain accurate records of all maintenance activities, including inspections, repairs, and component replacements.
  • Collaborate with other aviation professionals, including engineers and quality control personnel, to ensure the highest standards of aircraft maintenance are met.
  • Stay updated on the latest advancements in aviation technology, regulations, and safety procedures.
  • Train and mentor junior technicians to enhance their skills and knowledge in aircraft maintenance.

Mandatory Qualifications:

  • FAA Airframe and Powerplant (A&P) License.
  • Minimum of 8 years of recent hands-on experience in maintaining General Aviation turbo-prop aircraft.
  • Thorough knowledge of FAA regulations and guidelines related to aircraft maintenance.
  • Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills for both mechanical and avionics systems.
  • Own and maintain a well-equipped toolbox, adequate for aircraft maintenance.
  • Must be able to pass airport background check and pre-employment drug test
