Job Description:
The employer is seeking a strategic, hands-on Marketing Manager to lead and elevate their marketing function. This position will serve as the team’s marketing authority—guiding brand development, digital strategy, and campaign execution. You’ll collaborate with a creative team of graphic designers, a content writer, and international stakeholders, while shaping the department’s roadmap and brand vision.

The ideal candidate is a savvy marketing generalist with deep expertise across digital channels (SEO/PPC, email, website UX), branding, content, and data analytics.

Responsibilities:
Strategic Leadership
• Define and plan a holistic B2B marketing strategy across general, business, and commercial aviation sectors.
• Develop measurable marketing goals and KPIs aligned with company growth objectives.
• Serve as a marketing lead in cross-functional discussions with sales and other key internal stakeholders.
Campaign Management & Execution
• Lead multichannel campaign development (email, social, web, digital ads) to generate leads and brand awareness.
• Oversee social media accounts (LinkedIn, Instagram, X/Twitter, Facebook) and analytics tools.
• Manage and optimize paid advertising efforts, including SEO/SEM and retargeting.
Content, Messaging & Brand Voice
• Create compelling B2B messaging that resonates with a global aviation audience.
• Partner with the content writer and designers to shape a consistent, high-impact brand voice.
• Oversee content calendars, landing page development, blogs, case studies, and digital brochures.
Website & Technical Marketing
• Lead website strategy and UX updates in collaboration with web developers.
• Monitor website performance, engagement, and conversions using tools like Google Analytics, Hotjar, etc.
• Maintain SEO/keyword strategy across web properties and blog content.
Team Collaboration & Global Coordination
• Mentor and collaborate with a talented team of creatives and international partners.
• Provide clear briefs, timelines, and structured feedback to cross-functional teams.

Requirements:
• B2B marketing experience, preferably within the Aviation Industry. Prior experience in the aviation aftermarket industry is strongly preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent certification in Marketing or a related field.
• Strong portfolio showcasing a diverse range of design work and creative abilities.
• Experience with Salesforce, Hubspot, Google Ads, Google Analytics, SEMrush, or equivalent platforms.
• Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple design projects simultaneously.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills to effectively work with cross-functional teams.
• Attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality work.
