Marc Ballgae

Principal

Marc Ballgae is a co-founder and Principal member of Aviation Recruiting, LLC with over 30 years of military aircraft maintenance, operations, logistics and personnel management experience. He is a graduate of the Army Management Engineering College and the Air Force Institute of Technology.

Marc is DoD certified in Acquisition Logistics and Program Management, is an ILD (Integrated Logistics Support) expert and has supported both military and commercial efforts. He retired from the USAF as a Chief Master Sergeant and a senior level manager with such impressive credentials that he was immediately hired by Boeing Aircraft Company. Marc has in-depth experience with everything from flight-line and support function operations management, to aircraft flying schedules, budgets, proposals, source selection, and contracts, to contractor logistics support, making him uniquely qualified to lead a team of recruiters in locating the perfect candidate(s) for our clients.
